Guildhall Cards:
Falconier
The Falconier carries the falcon and a dog is at his feet. He seems to carry a ring, which surrounds him, probably
a normal tool to get free hands, when carrying the falcon. There is a heraldic shield at his breast (not identified), above the shield is perhaps
the French Lille recognizeable.
The Wheel in the background is rather similar to the wheel at the Rosenthal Tarocchi "Sun", probably it presents a water mill wheel, at another place
heard the expression "Catherine's Wheel", but couldn't verify the context.
I would assume, that it is a heraldic device, but couldn't identify it.
A Falconier appears also in the Rosenthal Tarocchi (see below). He seems to carry a similar ring as the Goldschmidt Falconier.
