Moncalieri (near Turin)

• A prohibition of 14th century spoke only from "ludus taxillorum vel burianarum et borellarum". In a new statute from the year 1457 it is given: "Item statuerunt et ordinaverunt, quod nulla persona audeat vel presumat in domo postibi de die vel de nocte ludere ad aliquem ludum taxillorum vel CARTUSELLARUM sub pena et banno."
